Do you think this crisis will lead to a change? And if so, how?

The change is bound to happen whether isolation is lifted soon or at a later stage. Hopefully things will work themselves out and take back their natural course in a more correct way, in terms of helping Mother Nature restore Her role and rules.

What is your daily routine in confinement?

Fast forward to the second week of confinement (since the first was inevitably confusing and depressing), we tend to find our element quickly. So, in this state of despair and frustration, working around the house and renovating old furniture, walls and other forgotten items reveal to be the best way to make use of this confinement... and Netflix of course ...

From the simple pleasures of an active life, what do you miss the most?

Having coffee outdoors on a sunny day

What don't you miss?

Traffic

To avoid boredom, what do you suggest to our readers:

BOOKS :

TV SHOWS : docuseries on Netflix (The Pharmacist- The Keepers- Making a Murderer...)

APP TO DOWNLOAD : QuizUp

A word of encouragement

They say you need 21 days to develop new habits and also 21 to lose bad ones. In the light of this new reality that has been forced on us, chances for self-improvement increase in terms of eating clean, working out, sleeping well, reading and feeding your soul... Investing in oneself reflects hope for better days coming our way...

Your future projects:

At the moment, I’m resuming work on my “Beirut in Patterns” theme with Art on 56th gallery. @arton56th
