The LT Gallery is pleased to welcome you to BEFORE THE APPLE, Egyptian artist Taher Hamouda’s first solo exhibition in Beirut, in collaboration with Azad Gallery.

In this exhibition, the artist reimagines his emblematic figures, the Shadow’s Hero, within quiet yet charged scenes that hover between stillness and emotional awakening.

His faceless protagonists inhabit landscapes where two key objects surface like emblematic anchors: the chair and the apple. The chair holds stillness as a space of rest and safety, while the apple resists its mythical burden to become a symbol of choice, not temptation.

Join us for the opening on Thursday, July 10 from 6 to 9 PM at our gallery space in Mar Mikhael.
